General Terms and Conditions

Scope and Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) govern the relationship between

and its clients (“Client”) in connection with the provision of real estate investment and immigration services. These GTC become effective when the Client submits an inquiry to the Company. Deviations from these GTC shall be valid only if agreed upon in writing by both parties.

1. Offers and Contract Formation
   All offers made by the Company shall be in writing and remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. A contract is deemed concluded once the Client accepts the offer, either orally or in writing.

2. Amendments and Cancellations
   If the scope of services is modified by the Client after the contract has been concluded, the Company reserves the right to adjust the delivery schedule and/or the service fee accordingly. Orders may be cancelled in writing within 14 days of confirmation, provided that work has not yet commenced. For prepaid services already in progress, a pro-rated refund may be issued for the unrendered portion.

3. Execution and Delivery
   The Company undertakes to perform its services with due care and professionalism. If timely delivery is essential, the Client must communicate this requirement at the time of ordering. Delays caused by missing or incomplete inputs from the Client may result in revised deadlines. The Client is responsible for providing all required documentation and information at their own cost and risk.

4. Confidentiality
   All information provided by the Client will be treated with strict confidentiality. The Company also ensures that its third-party partners are contractually bound to uphold similar confidentiality obligations. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during or after their engagement. This confidentiality obligation shall survive the termination of the business relationship.

5. Complaints and Warranty
   The Client must notify the Company in writing of any quality-related issues within 7 days of receiving the deliverables, accompanied by appropriate evidence. In the case of a valid complaint, the Company shall be granted a reasonable opportunity to rectify the issue. The Client shall only be entitled to terminate the agreement or request a price adjustment if the Company fails to remedy material deficiencies within a reasonable timeframe after written notice.

6. Liability
   The Company may be held liable for damages caused to the Client in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Hungarian Civil Code. However, it shall not be responsible for any damages arising from the Client’s actions or omissions. The Company disclaims liability for any loss of profit or revenue. It shall also not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
   Where compensation is due, the Company’s liability shall be limited to proven direct damages, capped at 50% of the agreed service fee (excluding taxes), and shall not exceed EUR 200 per assignment.

7. Payment Terms
   Unless otherwise agreed, services are provided on a prepaid basis. Payments may be made via bank transfer. The Company reserves the right to suspend services in the event of payment delays. In case of cancellation, any refund shall be calculated based on the portion of the service not yet rendered. Statutory interest may apply to overdue payments in accordance with the Hungarian Civil Code.

8. Intellectual Property
   Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, in materials created by the Company shall remain with the Company. Such rights shall transfer to the Client only upon full payment of the invoice in accordance with the Company’s payment terms. Any use of the deliverables prior to full payment shall be deemed unreserved acceptance of the services provided.
   The Client shall indemnify and hold the Company harmless against any and all claims by third parties alleging infringement of intellectual property rights—such as copyrights, patents, or similar rights—arising from the execution of the agreement.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
   These GTC and any legal relationship between the parties shall be governed by the laws of Hungary. All disputes arising in connection with these GTC shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Budapest, Hungary.

 

Acknowledgement
By engaging the services of the Company, the Client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions.
